In recent years, Articulate Foundation has played a supporting role for allied organizations in adverse contexts with authoritarian drifts, helping them to coordinate and work together and to respond effectively, as well as to obtain and access international cooperation funds and to carry out their work of reflecting on the state of democracy and human rights in the Americas.
Likewise, Articulate Foundation has served as a coordination platform between donors and allied organizations to achieve important advances in the field of advocacy for democracy, human rights and citizen participation. One of the organization’s most notable features is that it has 501(c)(3) tax status from the IRS (Internal Revenue Service), which has facilitated the process of obtaining grants.

Las organizaciones de la sociedad civil latinoamericana nos hemos beneficiado financieramente de la cooperación internacional para el desarrollo gracias a nuestra experiencia, fortalezas y capacidades para la identificación, formulación y gestión internacional de proyectos.
Hemos actuado como socios y representantes de consorcios de organizaciones de la sociedad civil latinoamericana en más de 50 proyectos, proporcionando entornos seguros y con capacidad para mantener procesos de gestión administrativa transparentes y auditables.

Las organizaciones de la sociedad civil latinoamericana han sido capacitadas en herramientas para la defensa de los derechos humanos, incluyendo la identificación de violaciones, la documentación de casos, así como el ejercicio formal de la denuncia y, finalmente, la difusión.
