At Articulate Foundation, in alliance with CEPAZ, we believe that the future of civil society depends not only on resilience, but on the ability to reinvent itself in the face of shrinking resources, growing challenges, and a rapidly changing digital world.
While companies, governments, and corporations are already harnessing Artificial Intelligence to accelerate outcomes and reduce costs, many social organizations remain on the sidelines. We see this as both a risk and an opportunity. If civil society is to remain sustainable, relevant, and impactful, it must embrace the tools of tomorrow — without compromising the values that define our sector.
That is why we created the AI Certification Program for Social Organizations and Activists: a practical, accessible, and ethically grounded training designed by organizations for organizations and activists. It is also the first certification of its kind offered in Spanish, bringing innovation and accessibility to a sector that too often receives tools designed elsewhere, without its realities in mind.
With this certification, participants will:
- Understand the risks and opportunities of Artificial Intelligence.
- Learn how to implement good practices that strengthen trust and accountability.
- Obtain a credential that signals ethical, responsible leadership in the digital age.
CEPAZ brings to the program a gender and feminist perspective, ensuring that participants not only gain technical skills, but also learn how to recognize and counteract the risks, biases, and inequalities that AI can reproduce if left unchecked. This perspective is essential to ensuring that AI serves as a tool for equity, rather than exclusion.
To make this opportunity even more accessible, we are offering a limited pre-sale until October 15. Don’t miss the chance to join at a reduced rate.
The certification program officially begins on November 3, 2025.
For us, this is more than a certification. It is an investment in the sustainability of social impact, a way to unlock new opportunities for advocacy, participation, and service delivery, while ensuring that technology is used responsibly, ethically, and in service of human dignity.
The time has come for the social sector to claim its place in this transformation. Together, we can build a future where AI is not a tool of control, but a bridge to greater equity, justice, and collective power.
